Job Description:

You will be placed in one of the following positions upon your arrival: Retail Associate, Dining Room Attendant, Boat Tours Associate:

As a RETAIL ASSOCIATE, you will be responsible for:
• Greet all guests as they enter the store in a timely manner, always delivering exemplary customer service
• Knowledgeable on all merchandise able to assist guests with their purchase decisions by informing them of product benefits
• Walk the floor during busy times answering guest questions and helping guests find sizes and other items
• Up-sell and cross-sell as much as possible
• Keep an inventory of stock - noting any out of stock items or possible shortages
• Assist with checking in orders received, check in by item on invoice, verify product count and input in receiving log
• Restock any merchandise that needs to be restocked
• May be required to prepare merchandise displays in accordance with Aramark display standards
• Diplomatically handle guest complaints, always polite and maintaining a professional manner
• Use cash register to complete sales and transactions for all guest
- Must ring up all items being sold and not give away free items
- Must be able to count and give proper change for all transactions using cash.
- Check ID for any transaction that has an age requirement

The DINING ROOM ATTENDANT is responsible for:
- Greeting guest and taking them to their tables for their meal. Provide silverware and menus as needed
- Monitor tables rotation. make sure all staff get proper number of tables
- Keep track of which tables are cleaned and available for guest
- Answer the phone and take reservations
- Assist server with bussing tables, including removing all dishes from tables and properly resetting for the next guest
- Be friendly and helpful for all guest and work as a team player to provide the best guest service

As a BOAT TOURS ATTENDANT you will:
- Sell boat tour tickets to guest.
- Follow Cash Handling procedures
- Must be able to count and give proper change for all transactions using cash.
- Check ID for any transaction that has an age requirement
- Assist with checking in guest for their tour and assist guest onto the boats
- Comfortable working near water and on boats
- Assist captains with cleaning boats between tours, removing trash, and keeping water and supplies stocked
- Will be working out doors, under direct sunlight and will be having to hike up and down a hill to work each day.

As a HOUSEKEEPER you are responsible for performing cleaning duties to maintain guest rooms, public hallways, or other guest amenities. These duties include:
- Removing and collecting linen for laundering and transporting them to designated areas.
- Cleaning rungs, carpets, and upholstered furniture using a vacuum cleaner.
- Dusting furniture and equipments
- Emptying wastebaskets and cleaning them inside and out.
- Cleaning tiles floors using brooms and mops
- Using chemical based products to clean tubs, sinks, counter tops, mirrors, toilets, door panels and shower curtains.
- Replenishing supplies as needed.
- Transporting trash and wast to disposal areas
- Make sure rooms are completed in a timely manner and inspection
- May have to work outdoors.

As a CUSTODIAL SERVICES WORKER you are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the facilities assign to you, this could include Employee Housing and common areas. This includes:
• Maintain restrooms, stock and sanitize daily (toilets, urinals, and floors)
• Monitor restroom supplies during hours of operation.
• Dispose of trash and recyclables in the proper receptacles
• Clean and sanitize kitchens, patios, tables, food trays, hallways, lounges, public restrooms, showering facilities, and laundry rooms to meet all health and safety standards
• Sweep and mop hard surface floors; Dust horizontal ledges; high dust as needed
• Stock supplies as needed
• Vacuum carpeted surfaces
• Sanitize surfaces and soil removal from walls, doors, stalls, kick plates, and light switches
• Remove trash and reline cans as needed to ensure cleanliness and prevent odor
• Identify maintenance and safety issues and report them as needed
• Keep supply closets organized and properly stocked
• Sweep or hose off outside areas
• Maintain the cleanliness of all ceilings, walls, and floors
• Perform all other housekeeping duties required to ensure cleanliness and guest satisfaction
• Assist with food and supply deliveries

Job Description:

This is a BACK OF HOUSE position. As part of the Kitchen Crew you will be placed in one of the following jobs, upon your arrival to the park: Dishwasher, Prep Cook, Food Service Worker.
As a member of the DISHWASHER team, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the cleanliness of all of the dishes in the kitchen.
- Use of a commercial dish machine, which uses a combination of sprayers and extremely hot water to clean the dishes.
- Hand scrub and wash dishes that won't fit into the machine.
- Assist in keeping the kitchen clean and free of clutter. Help with recycling and taking waste to appropriate areas and ensuring these areas are kept clean as well. Also, assist with sweeping, mopping, and organizing the kitchen as needed.
- Expect to be part of the crew that is the last people at work. Even after the last table is done eating, the DISHWASHERs assist in cleaning and closing the kitchen.
- Assist dining room staff by scraping food from plates, stacking them in the dishwasher and replacing clean dishes where needed.
- You will also clean the coolers, kitchen tables, refrigerators, and prep-stations.

As a PREP COOK your job will be limited to entry-level food preparation duties while ensuring all food is handled appropriately in line with Aramark Food Safety Standards. Other duties include:
- Assist in setting up and breaking down production areas while meeting all kitchen sanitation requirements.
- Prepare basic food items as instructed while ensuring the quality and quantity of pre-prepared food products.
- Prepare food in a timely and efficient manner
- Properly store and handle all food products.
- Assure all food-in-process is properly maintained and stored as Per Aramark Food Handlers guidelines.
- Work safely and efficiently with all kitchen equipment used in accordance with instructions.
- Follow instructions and directions given by supervisors and managers

As a member of the FOOD SERVICE WORKER team, you will be responsible for overseeing the proper preparation and service of food to all guest following Aramark's Food Safety guidelines. Additional duties are:
- Prepare food in line with recipes and instructions
- Make sure all equipment is in working order (cooler are cool and warmers are keeping food warm)
- Prepare/serve food to guest as they order, this include serving proper food portions for each item
- Properly prepare food such as hot dogs, hamburgers and other fast to go items
- Maintain cleanliness of the facilities at all time
- Follow manager and supervisor instructions
