Dishwasher/Kitchen Steward

 

Wage: $12/hour
Hours: 32-40hours/week

Job Description:

The Dishwasher/Kitchen Steward position is the key support role on our culinary team. Creating exceptional experiences for our guests is a team effort and this support role is a critical piece of that. This is an entry-level position to enter our resort’s culinary team. The basic job functions include coming to work every day with a smile, ensuring the flow in the kitchen is smooth with either food prep or dish support, keeping all areas of the kitchen in working order, and being open to completing any task or function that will support the culinary experience.

As a Dishwasher/Kitchen Steward your main work area will be running the dishwashing machine in the kitchen and ensuring the food and beverage staff has access to all of the clean utensils and dishes needed for service.

 

Line Cook

 

Wage: $13/hour
Hours: 32-45hours/week

Job Description:

Our Line Cook position is the one that is most frequently involved with food production. This position fully owns the quality and presentation of our cuisines. This role is critical in maintaining exceptional experiences by delivering delicious and visually appealing food. The basic job functions include coming to work every day with a smile, consistently producing food that is of the highest quality and visually appealing, keeping the line and all additional areas within the culinary operation in impeccable order and having a high level of responsibility when dealing with product and inventory management.
