Position Description: This position is based at the Surfside Grill and includes: - Setting up the area to open, stocking items, etc. - Taking Orders from Customers - Inputing the orders into the point of sales system. - Closing out guest checks by cash, credit card, or hotel rooms, and making change. - Need to know the menu and menu items well. - Make suggestions to guests - Get soft drinks for guests as well as put the food orders together for guests to pick up. - Deliver order to guests - Keep dining area clean and stocked.
