Lake George, located in the foothills of the Adirondacks, is approximately 32 miles long and is nearly 3 miles wide. Much of the shoreline is unsettled through federal and state conservation efforts. Small communities surround the lake, each lending its own unique style and way of life. The village of Lake George offers the largest mix of attractions, restaurants, shops and nightlife. You can walk within a two-block radius and rent a boat, watch a war reenactment, relax on the beach, take a cruise, play miniature golf, parasail, hit the arcades, ride in a horse drawn carriage, or just relax on a bench and watch the world go by. We supply the students with any free tickets we receive, re display case of brochures.

There are many free concerts, free boat ride, Bike tour, and other activities that are posted. The students can use any or all of the activities that we provide our paying guests including swimming at our beach, kayaking, paddle boards fishing if they obtain a license, paddle boats, row boats, etc.

Additional Description
Hospitality Crew members are responsible for laundry and housekeeping, beach and lake attendance for guests, kitchen and dining help, guest services, and additional responsibilities on property as needed. Work Hours & Pay: All employees are guaranteed a minimum of 32 hours per week. During July, August & September you will be scheduled to work 40 hours a week, with 2 weekdays off. You will be paid $10.40/hour for hours worked Monday - Friday (approximately 24/week) Housekeeping/Cleaning staff will be paid $12/hour for hours worked on Saturday and Sunday (approximately 16/week) **All employees work Saturday and Sunday** Typical 40 hour weeks will be paid an average of $426.00, ( $234.00 + $192.00). You will be paid by check. You may obtain a second job as long as it DOES NOT interfere with your schedule at O'Connor's.
