ACCOMMODATION: You will be living in a house next to the job office right near the ocean. It’s only 1 minute walk to our beautiful beach. There will be 2 to 5 people per room and you will have a full kitchen and bathroom to be shared. If you are traveling with your boyfriend or girlfriend you will not be sharing a room. You will be responsible for your own meals. Your housing is simple but you will be right near the beach. Wi-Fi Internet is provided in common area without additional cost. RENT: $95 per week UTILITIES: $5 per week electric charge applies ONLY when air conditioners are in use during the peak of hot season. It will be deducted from your paycheck bi-weekly. ATTENTION! When you arrive you *MUST* pay rent for the next TWO weeks. After that, rent will be deducted from your paycheck bi-weekly. Also, you !!!MUST!!! pay $200 upon your arrival. $150 of it will be held as a housing security deposit and $50 will be used to buy for you 1 set of new bed sheets, 1 new pillow, 1 new towel and some housing supplies such as toilet paper for the first time. You will be given 1 blanket at no cost to you. The housing security deposit in the amount of $150 will be returned back to you on the day or your departure after you return the blanket back to us, clean the house you lived in and there will be no damage done to any appliance, any belongings of the house and/or the house by itself. Otherwise, we will deduct money from your security deposit enough to repair the damage. HOW MUCH MONEY? So, when you arrive you will need to have $390 to pay for rent, security deposit and housing supplies and plus, you will need to have some money for food until you get your first paycheck.

Position Description
Cleaners are responsible for working for a cleaning service in a highly touristy location, usually by the beach, and cleaning client rental properties and homes as needed. Job duties may include sweeping, mopping, cleaning dishes, garbage removal, laundry, etc. Students should expect to handle cleaning products on a daily basis.
WORK DESCRIPTION: You will be cleaning our customer’s homes, summer rental houses and commercial properties. Your duties will include cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, dusting, mopping, vacuuming living spaces, taking out garbage, washing laundry, doing some maintenance work, restocking toiletries, cleaning windows, etc... If you work hard and have a positive attitude, then you will succeed at this job. If you are a male, then you will most likely be doing more of the heavy duty work such as window cleaning which involves climbing ladders, so it is VERY IMPORTANT that if you are scared of heights you CAN NOT accept this job offer. You may also be doing some carpet cleaning, moving furniture, assisting with water restorations, resurfacing wood floors and other kinds of maintenance work. However, both males and females will do all duties if needed. On Saturdays, at the height of the season (July-August) everyone will be doing rental changeovers, which is cleaning of houses between the renters. SALARY: $10.00/hour during training, $11/hour after training. Training usually takes around 2 weeks and depends on how quick you learn what needs to be done with a good quality and speed of work that meets our standards. You will have an opportunity to make $11.50/hour or more PLUS BONUS (see under bonus section) if you do an exceptional job that exceeds expectations. For some types of work you will be paid by the job, which gives you an opportunity to make more money depending on your production. WORK HOURS: You will usually be working about 6-8 hours per day, 4-7 days per week, depending on the load of work as well as the quality of your work. It works by a very simple pattern: if your work meets or exceeds our expectations and standards you will be given more hours but if it doesn’t then we will need your help less. So, the amount of work hours depends on YOU and the amount of work we have at that time. OVERTIME: paid at time and a half as needed.
