Housekeeper

3. Work in the laundry when scheduled.

Prep Cook

Wage: $9/hour

Hours: 32-55hours/week

Job Description:

Summary/Objective
As member of the food service team, a prep cook will report to the Food and Beverage Director. A Prep Cook will have a primary day-to-day responsibility to perform routine tasks necessary to prepare cold items, salads, and ingredients for more complex dishes.

Essential Functions
1. Cuts, weighs, or measures ingredients according to provided instructions.
2. Prepares meat, seafood, and poultry for cooking by cutting or grinding, as instructed.
3. Prepares vegetables to be used as condiments.
4. Combines salad ingredients.
5. Arranges prepared food on serving trays or in designated area for retrieval by serving staff.
6. Follows the menu and maintains high food quality standards.
7. Prevents the spoilage of ingredients through proper storage in designated containers and in designated areas.
8. Monitors the temperature of food and food storage areas.
9. Maintains and cleans salad bars and buffets.
10. Cleans, sanitizes, and maintains cleanliness of work areas, surfaces, utensils, equipment, and dishes.
11. Adheres to all food handling and safety regulations throughout the kitchen and restaurant.
12. Follows proper opening and closing procedures.
13. Serves food on the buffet line if applicable; replaces chaffing dishes as well as cold line food.
14. Participates in weekly safety lessons.
15. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Laundry Worker

Wage: $12/hour

Hours: 32-55hours/week

Job Description:

Summary/Objective
As member of the laundry team, a laundry worker will report to the Laundry Manager. A laundry worker will have primary day-to-day responsibility to wash, dry, and organize TRMF properties laundry.

Essential Functions
1. Responsible for loading, washing, and neatly folding towels, sheets, rags, linens, and other laundered items.
2. Follows trained procedures for all chemical use and detergent changes.
3. Learn to operate and pull the machines correctly and safely.
4. Ensures that cleaning and maintenance supplies are stocked with correct inventory.
5. Chemically treats stained linens.
6. Assists in cleaning the laundry facility at the end of the day which may include:
o Sweeping.
o Dusting and or wiping/disinfecting.
o Mopping.
7. Reports any maintenance items to the supervisor.
8. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Dishwasher

Wage: $12/hour

Hours: 35-55hours/week


Job Description:

Summary/Objective
As member of the food service team, a Dishwasher will report to the Food and Beverage Director. A Dishwasher will have a primary day-to-day responsibility to perform routine tasks to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards for restaurant and serving equipment.
Essential Functions
1. Washes all wares including pots, plans, flatware, and glasses, by hand or using dishwashers.
2. Sorts and rinses dirty dishes, glasses, tableware, and other cooking utensils and places them in racks to send through dish machine.
3. Sorts and stacks clean dishes. Carries clean dishes to cook’s line and other proper storage areas.
4. Ensures work areas remain safe, clean, and orderly, adhering to all company, local, and state guidelines regarding health, safety, and sanitation.
5. Changes dishwater in dish machine and rinsing area every hour and silverware dish tray.
6. Washes pots and pans.
7. Removes trash to dumpster.
8. Keeps kitchen clean.
9. Sweeps and mops floors.
10. May assist in cleaning and preparing various foods for cooking and/or serving, as directed.
11. Participates in weekly safety lessons.
12. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Host/Busser/Cashier

Wage: $12/hour

Hours: 35-55hours/week\

Job Description:

Summary/Objective
As member of the food service team, a Host/Busser/Cashier will report to the Food and Beverage Director. A Host/Busser/Cashier will have a primary day-to-day responsibility to greet guests and lead them to the correct table, and assures the dining room is properly maintained in order to give guests the best experience possible.
Essential Functions
1. Keeps the dining room clean. This includes, but is not limited to vacuuming the dining room, cleaning and refilling table condiments, polish glasses and silverware, prep bread, prep butter, fill ice container and pop machine with ice, maintain linens in the organized manner on the shelf, and have clean rags with fresh sanitizer prepared
2. Busses and reset tables.
3. Refills water glasses, butters, and sugar on tables.
4. Is available and able to assist guests.
5. Tears down all dinner tables and sets for the next meal.
6. Knows the different settings for each meal.
7. Rolls silverware and folds napkins.
8. Greet guests, escorts them to the tables and provides menus.
9. Assigns servers to sections and alerts the servers when a new table has arrived.
10. Checks if reservations have been set up for a meal and keeps a waiting list.
11. Collects payment and maintains an accurate till.
12. Cleans the front area. This includes, but is not limited to vacuuming, cleaning the door windows, emptying the trash, and cleaning the menus, dusting, sweeping and mopping.
13. Must be pleasant and respectful to guests, as well as organized.
14. Answers guest questions correctly and assist with managing complaints and resolving any issues guests may have.
15. Participates in workplace safety training sessions.
16. Performs other related duties as assigned.
